AM-AM Competitions 25
All visitors are very welcome.
There are many great reasons to visit Bucharest but if you are a golfer or group of golfers looking for competitive action, then make sure you put us in your golfing diary for 25. Bucharest is very accessible by airplane and we are only 15 minutes from the main international airport. In 2025 we are organising a number of AMAM golf competitions for Visitors to show off our course.
The AMAM Competitions will be totally organised by the club. They will run over two days and will be team competitions played as fourballs on day 1 and singles on day 2. The range will be made available for practice on the day before the competition and before each round. Tee times can be booked on our system and will start at 0800 and run to 1600

Special Competitions
Hole in One Competitions
The 7th Hole at Bucharest Golf Club is ideal for hole in one competitions. There are 4 tee boxes that allow for an easy or difficult set-up. The tees are elevated and provide fantastic viewing platforms for spectators. Pictured across was a hole in one competition held in the Autumn of 24 attended by many professionals. The prize was a Mercedes Car which unfortunately now won on the day.
Longest Drive
The longest drive competitions can be held on the 2nd (par 5) or the 13th (par 5) both of which have generous fairways to allow the players open up their full swing. We can also hold longest drive competitions on the range before or after play.
Nearest the Pin
Nearest pins are held on the 3rd (par 3) and on the 14th (par 3). Amy Boulden, the Welsh ladies professional tour player had a hole in on the 14th when she visited us in 2024.
